Come and join this fun and relaxed workshop to learn all about the time honoured preservation technique of fermentation.. you will learn to store food through the winter plus benefit from the many health promoting effects.

This is a hands-on practical 3hr course you will learn about wild fermenting using local seasonal ingredients, and get to go a bit deeper into the different techniques. You will get to try two different methods including wet and dry fermenting and take home two delicious ferments you have made on the day plus a n extra special honey ferment. You will also learn a great skill to help you reduce food waste and enjoy delicious and nutritious food in the middle of winter. There is nothing more satisfying than a shelf of homemade delights waiting to be enjoyed.
