MY STORY
My story starts like any other... 2 wild toddlers, 1 moody teenager... lockdown motherhood and hormonal hell... testing to say the least. Somewhere along the way, I lost my mind, and my connection to my body. They say you don’t even know until it's too late, but this began the start of a health journey which felt like sitting on the back of a blindfolded camel with no sense of direction.
Now, like superwoman but without the cape, my mission is to guide mums through this journey and back to feeling connected with their bodies. Because you do not need to stop being yourself to feel like a mum, and you do not need to stop being a mum to feel like yourself.

Think of your body and your health as a Holistic Energy Bank – Who doesn’t love a banking analogy?
Your body operates like an energy bank. Each of your four pillars—sleep, stress, food, and movement—affects your "energy balance".
If you're constantly pulling from the bank (not sleeping enough, eating poorly, or dealing with chronic stress), you’ll hit an “energy overdraft,” which leads to burnout and depletion. To keep your energy balance in check, you need to make consistent deposits in all four areas. Now that’s ‘helpful banking’.

Can I pay for the programs in installments?To keep things simple and the price as accessible as possible, we currently don’t offer payment plans. However, the course is priced to be affordable for a wide range of budgets, ensuring that you get great value from your investment.

Are program refunds or cancellations available if I change my mind?Since the course provides immediate access to all materials and resources, refunds and cancellations are not available. I’ve worked hard to ensure the pricing is affordable and the content is highly valuable, so you can feel confident about your investment.

Should I consider completing all four programs, or can I just pick one?Each program is powerful on its own and tailored to specific needs, so you can start with the one that resonates most with you. However, doing all four programs can give you a more comprehensive approach to energy, mood, and overall wellbeing by addressing different aspects of health.

Will I have any one-on-one time with you, or is the course self-guided?The course is self-guided, but I’m here to support you! While it’s designed for you to progress independently, I’m available for guidance through optional coaching sessions if you’d like more personalised support.

What happens after the 12-week program ends?After the program, you’ll receive a detailed final report summarising your progress and providing a long-term action plan. If you feel you need ongoing support, there are options to continue working together, whether through follow-up sessions or a maintenance plan that suits your needs.

Functional testing (such as hormone or gut health tests) and supplement guidance are optional but available in both the Basic and Advanced plans. What is the difference between the Basic and Advanced Plans?The Basic Plan offers foundational support, including a 90-minute initial consultation, 3 monthly check-ins, and a final report at the end of 12 weeks. It’s perfect for those who prefer to implement changes more independently with occasional guidance. The Advanced Plan includes bi-weekly check-ins, providing more regular feedback and support throughout the 12-week period. This plan is ideal if you thrive with frequent accountability and hands-on adjustments to ensure faster, more sustained progress.
