  • How do the online programs work, and can I join them at any time?
    The online programs are designed to be flexible and accessible. You can join at any time and work through the course materials at your own pace. Each program focuses on different aspects of health, such as boosting energy, improving digestion, or managing stress. You’ll receive easy-to-follow lessons, practical tips, and access to resources like recipes, checklists, and action steps to help you reach your goals.
  • What if I run into challenges or feel stuck on the programs?
    No worries! If you encounter any challenges along the way, you’ll have access to a support system—whether that’s reaching out to me directly, engaging with fellow participants in a community forum, or accessing extra resources to help you get back on track.
  • Can I pay for the programs in installments?
    To keep things simple and the price as accessible as possible, we currently don’t offer payment plans. However, the course is priced to be affordable for a wide range of budgets, ensuring that you get great value from your investment.
  • Are program refunds or cancellations available if I change my mind?
    Since the course provides immediate access to all materials and resources, refunds and cancellations are not available. I’ve worked hard to ensure the pricing is affordable and the content is highly valuable, so you can feel confident about your investment.
  • Should I consider completing all four programs, or can I just pick one?
    Each program is powerful on its own and tailored to specific needs, so you can start with the one that resonates most with you. However, doing all four programs can give you a more comprehensive approach to energy, mood, and overall wellbeing by addressing different aspects of health.
  • What kind of support do I get during the online programs?
    In addition to the course materials, you’ll have access to a supportive community of like-minded individuals working towards their health goals. Some courses also include live Q&A sessions or opportunities to connect with me directly for additional guidance and accountability.
  • Do I need any prior knowledge or experience to join the programs?
    Not at all! The online programs and 1-to-1 services are designed for everyone, whether you're just starting your health journey or have already made some changes. The content is easy to follow, and I provide plenty of guidance to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
  • Do I keep access to the program materials indefinitely?
    Yes, once you’ve enrolled in the program, you’ll have lifetime access to the content. You can revisit the lessons, activities, and resources whenever you need them.
  • Can I complete the programs at my own speed?

    The course is self-guided, but I’m here to support you! While it’s designed for you to progress independently, I’m available for guidance through optional coaching sessions if you’d like more personalised support.

  • Can I include functional testing or supplements as part of my plan?
    Yes! Functional testing (such as hormone or gut health tests) and supplement guidance are optional but available in both the Basic and Advanced plans. If you’re interested in these, we’ll discuss whether they’re appropriate for your situation during your consultation and incorporate them as needed.
  • What if I have a very busy schedule? Will I have time for this?
    Absolutely! The service is designed to fit into your busy lifestyle. We’ll create a plan that is manageable and realistic, with strategies that don’t require hours in the kitchen or a complete overhaul of your routine. The check-ins and support sessions are scheduled at times that work best for you.
  • How is the 1-to-1 nutrition service personalised for me?
    Each 1-to-1 service starts with a thorough initial consultation where we’ll dive deep into your health history, lifestyle, and goals. I’ll create a tailored plan based on your unique needs, including personalised diet, mood, and energy tracking. Whether you’re looking to boost energy, manage stress, or improve your overall wellbeing, the program is completely customised to fit your busy lifestyle.
  • What is the difference between the Basic and Advanced Plans?
    The Basic Plan offers foundational support, including a 90-minute initial consultation, 3 monthly check-ins, and a final report at the end of 12 weeks. It’s perfect for those who prefer to implement changes more independently with occasional guidance. The Advanced Plan includes bi-weekly check-ins, providing more regular feedback and support throughout the 12-week period. This plan is ideal if you thrive with frequent accountability and hands-on adjustments to ensure faster, more sustained progress.
