About the event
Join us for a hands-on, practical fermenting course where you’ll brew your own kombucha - a delicious black tea ferment that you can flavour just the way you like!
We’ll also dive into the world of wild fermenting, using local, seasonal ingredients to create something truly unique. You’ll learn how to craft your own recipe from scratch, build confidence in fermenting at home, and discover a simple way to reduce food waste while making nutritious, flavour-packed food to enjoy all year round. There is nothing more satisfying than a shelf of homemade delights waiting to be enjoyed.
As a nutritionist I will also discuss the multitude of health benefits of this delicious food as well as exploring the Gut Microbiome and why it is so important to our health. It maybe one of the most important factors in maintaining good physical and mental health.
