Our 'Fermenting workshop in the Woods' offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature while learning the art of fermentation.
I am a registered nutritionist and gut health specialist and I love exploring the magic of the gut microbiome. Come along and learn how the gut can effect our physical and mental health, plus ways to nurture and nourish this precious organ.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fermenter, this workshop will provide hands-on experience and valuable insights into making delicious and healthy fermented foods. We will make two different ferments on the day using seasonal produce, plus plenty of tasters to enjoy.
